VISION STATEMENT


OSDAA's vision is to create an association to promote our general welfare in our State of Ohio

 

MISSION STATEMENT

 
OSDAA's mission is to promote civic, educational, industrial, moral, and social measures that are conductive to the welfare of the deaf of the state, and to sponsor Columbus Colony, a seperate corporation created to provide a planned model community for the deaf of the State of Ohio and elsewhere.

 

SHORT-TERM GOALS
 

  • Connect with current alumni to address support needs and confirm commitment, and seeking increased engagements in alumni community service project or day of services.
  • Conintue dedicated volunteerism
  • Create young alumni events at our campus.
  • Recuit new members by 5% annually over 2 years                      

 

LONG-TERM GOALS

 
  • Create recognition programs: Career, Community Service, Leadership, and Expanding Alumni Association
  • Create greater inclusivity through various levels of leadership and involvement, including the Young Alumni Council.
  • Grow and create substantial programmings, including Biennial Reunion, career network.
  • Increase alumni participation in Annual Giving.
  • Play an essential role in delivering strategies for more support services at Columbus Colony
